This kind of wire belt consists of alternating right and left hand spirals joined by a crimped connector. It is the most versatile and widely used metal wire belt, thanks to its characteristics of true travel, good flexibility, excellent strength-to-weight ratio, flat surface, and minimum maintenance. These mesh belts are also available as a Double Balanced construction, which is an assembly of pairs of right and left hand spirals properly spaced by crimped connectors. Very dense meshes may require a straight connector, like the cord weave belt. Features:
